This class involves an hour of boxing based cardio, followed by half an hour of killer abs. Feel free to get there at 6pm to prep, the class begins at 6:30pm sharp.

The main focus of tonight is sparring, however we still go through techniques too. Perfect for all levels from beginners to those looking to fight professionally.

Friday nights bring fitness and community for the younger athletes. Come and join in the fun!
